Say your final goodbye to winter with this melancholic one hour set of lovestep, chill trap, and various future beats, including new songs from some of the masters of the genre. If you dig this moody set and are new to the show, be sure to check out my mixes from late 2012 when these genres were at their peak popularity. I still hope to make those earlier episodes available on The Machine soon; your kind donation to the station would help make that dream a reality, so please consider becoming a patron of the show. All 14 tracks in today’s show are FREE to download, so grab your favorites from the links below!

Today’s 1 hour mix was partially inspired by the fact that The Weeknd dropped a new single for Valentine’s Day that is decidedly NOT safe for work. I ran into quite a few other naughty tunes while compiling my big Vday mix, actually. Today’s mix compiles the best of the baddest, with some great bootleg mixes of some of today’s top urban talents as well as originals by amazing new underground talents. There’s 14 free downloads in today’s mix, so be sure to grab all your faves from the links included below.

Well, the time has finally come for me to leave my PodShow/Mevio/BiteSizeTV days behind. Listen in for all the details! Today’s show is half the normal length, but still chock full of NSFW gems – all of which are FREE downloads. Its a sexy, slinky mix, with lots of great remixes I’ve been wanting to share with ya’ll. Nicholas and I will be working hard the next few weeks to re-launch The Chillcast on the Machine.FM site, so please sit tight until its return. I can’t wait to share more tracks from my new album, Love Me Leave Me, with you!
I’m back with a continuation of the chillstep, drum n bass, and emotive dubstep theme of my last episode. Something about the cold weather makes me crave these darker, more ambient vibes. Today’s set is filled with aching vocals and melancholic melodies with icy pianos and heart tugging strings. As usual, the mix builds in tempo and intensity until it reaches a crescendo, book-ended by 2 recent free tunes from South Carolina artist, Koda. There’s half a dozen free tracks in the mix, grab them from the links below!
This week I welcome to the show for the first time Australian artist, LDRU. I first heard of him through a remix of this song by fellow Aussie, Ta-ku. We’ll be checking out the trapidelic video created by Ego for the original mix of LDRU’s catchy song, “The Tropics.” ‘The Tropics’ single is out now on Future Classic. The Ta-ku remix is free to download on SoundCloud. This music video is also free to download from Vimeo. Yay for free downloads!
There’s a body party going on right here! Its another classic Chillcast mix, baby. I start ya off nice ‘n slow with some sexy vocal numbers with a more organic feel, then start bringing in some heavier bass ‘n beats, until finally I close it out with some penetrating vocal deep house. We gon get hot ‘n heavy up in here tonite for sure. There’s 7 free downloads included in the mix, so be sure to grab all your faves while they’re still online. Enjoy and have a fantastic weekend everyone!

Returning to the show today is AlunaGeorge, with a video for their catchy single, “Your Drums Your Love.” Man, I am obsessed with this song!
