The Morphism just released a new album dedicated to Canadian composer Saki Kaskamanidis (aka Captain Ginger) who sadly passed away in late 2016. Living Generation is an old-school electronics and rock album that takes one back to the time of the original Sony PlayStation and classic Need For Speed games. Anton Gagarin of The Morphism founded the “Romulus Club” Internet community in 2010 to promote and work of Rom Di Prisco and Bitstream Dream, whom Saki and Anji were both a part of. He’s done an excellent job of keeping the old content alive, as well as continuing the collaborative project’s legacy with new projects like this. The 15 track album includes his versions of Anji Bee’s classic Bitstream Dream songs “Love Me Leave Me” and “Good Bye.” While the former had previously been released, the latter is an exclusive to this LP and features totally new vocal recordings with additional lyrics. You can read the more about history of this song on the “Good Bye” lyrics page.

Living Generation by The Morphism is also on Apple Music.
Representing as part of the Happy Healthy Vegan channel I am one of 80 contributors to the brand new Spud Fit book featuring over 100 potato-based recipes from some of the biggest names in the plant based world, including chefs, doctors, athletes, vegan advocates and health advocates including our faves Dr. Michael Greger MDNeal Barnard, M.D. , and Joel Kahn.
If you subscribe to Happy Healthy Vegan, you may remember this song from my Maui Vlog. A lot of viewers asked about it, so I thought I’d pop out the music sequence from the vlog and finish it up as a music video so you could appreciate the whole song. This beautiful track has been languishing by the wayside, neglected and apparently forgotten for 5 years… It began as an Aerotek instrumental in 2012 which Anji fell in love with. A hasty vocal demo sent to Aerotek lead to an updated version which received a lot of love here on YouTube. Unfortunately, Aerotek cancelled our contract before it’s scheduled Spring 2013 release, so this amazing remix by Ukranian producer, Mobil, has never seen the light of day. I thought it a shame that nobody should ever hear our work! This is a slightly edited cut of the track.
Another Anji Bee classic has been brought out of the vault for this new Bandcamp exclusive single! The digital release includes Anji’s vocal demo for Moosefrog plus their epic original mix, as well as newer mixes with updated vocals by Godzilla and Higher & Above.
Retro beat maestro, The Grooveblaster, and soulful songstress, Anji Bee, have created a number of laid back collaborations over the past decade, but “Destiny” is perhaps their best yet. Though originally released in mid 2016 as a digital single, this is the first time it’s been released on YouTube. It’s high time this beautiful chill out song had an equally gorgeous video. Get ready to swing into spring with this flowery lyric video shot and edited by Ms Bee, herself!
YouTube personality Vegan Footsoldier has been fundraising for what he touts as “The Best Vegan Rock Album Ever” for some time now, and at last the album has dropped!
Anji and Ryan were credited as “Happy Healthy Vegan” — their YouTube channel handle — on the track “Jam” in which Ryan contributes bluesy electric guitar leads and Anji contributes her own lyrics and vocals/spoken word.
Direct from the Anji Bee music vault! Exclusive to Bandcamp is this previously unreleased mix of “Lonely Sunset” created in 2013.
Haunting, yet upbeat, trance collaboration with Ukrainian producer Mobil. His dazzling melodic progressive style twinned with the shimmering vocals of Anji Bee is like a breath of warm summer air in the midst of snowy wintertime.
The Internet Archive is now hosting the year 2000 classic Fishtank No. 9 mix of “Gone” by Anji Bee. Never commercially released, this song has been unavailable for over a decade. Now you can stream or download it in multiple audio formats for free! The entry includes retro artwork with a photo from their era, often seen in Bitstream Dream publicity.
Falling You bandleader, John Zorko, joined Anji Bee in her home studio, along with fellow guest vocalist, Danielle Colbeck, to record an interview with John Diliberto for the nationally syndicated radio show, Echoes. This short artist feature focused on the new album, ‘Shine,’ which has been getting a lot of airplay on the show recently. Though the feature already aired live on the radio, you can now listen to the Echoes Falling You Feature podcast directly from their website.
Up until now, Anji’s soulful downtempo track, “Just One Word,” was only available as a hidden bonus track on the Bandcamp digital release of ‘Love Me Leave Me.’ Interest in the song sparked from including the sensual track on her popular YouTube channel, Happy Healthy Vegan, inspired her to release the Lovespirals co-production officially as a stand-alone single. It is currently a Bandcamp exclusive, with a music video to follow shortly on Anji’s Official YouTube channel. The cover art features a previously unreleased shot from the 2012 album dphotoshoot with Aga La Maga.
