Bit rushed for time, but had to take a minute to make a mix for you of some of the chillest future vibes out recently on SoundCloud. It’s a pretty low key mix that starts out hazy with a few vocal tunes, a bit of urban vibes and a couple upbeat pop remixes at the end. Sorry it’s a bit later that normal, I guess it’s already Saturday for some of my fans. Have a great weekend, fam!!!
By request, I’ve lightened up the mood a bit this week, with an emphasis on lovely female vocals and a sweet array of future beats and bass. Lots of new artists featured this week, and most of these I download today from SoundCloud, so lots of new releases! I’d love to hear from you in the comments section; what did you think about the mix? Which side of The Chillcast do you prefer; the chillier first half or the more upbeat second half? Or are you down with all of it? Download original songs from my playlist at https://soundcloud.com/chillcast/sets…
Well, The Machine may be dead, but The Chillcast lives on! Check out my personal Top 20 Faves of 2015, as played on the show. I spread the love between various producers and artists, many of whom made more than one amazing track over the past year. I’m not sure what 2016 holds for the show, but stay tuned over here at MixCloud, and I’m sure there’ll be another mix coming soon. Thanks for listening! BTW, you can follow me over atwww.facebook.com/chillcast for more from me.
Machine.FM is calling it quits this December, due to lack of listener funding and increasing station costs. The Chillcast has been with The Machine for the past 2 years, so this is a tough break. We were all hoping that some solution would present itself, but, I guess things are tough all over. I threw together this last minute episode to get the word out about the station going radio silent, but letting folks know that The Chillcast will not be silenced. There’s too much great much out there for me to stop! You can also keep up with me atwww.facebook.com/chillcast <3
We’re finally starting to feel the season change out here in Cali, though summer has long since left Chicago. Fall holds a magical mix of melancholy and merriment, and this month’s set is full of dem feels with a blend of future beats and vox more intoxicating than your fav drank. Be sure to support the artists and producers to show your appreciation for their work.
